Relaxation on levy of additional fees for filing of Web-Form 11 (Annual Return) for F.Y 21-22

MCA vide its General Circular no. 04/2022 dated 27.05.2022 has allowed Companies to file web-form 11 (Annual Return) for the F.Y ended on 31.03.2022 without any additional fees up to 30th June 2022.
